we recently had a drug bust in a house in my neighborhood and i wasnt sure how often this occured?

Drug dealers don't get caught usually. I think you had witnessed a very rare incident.

The longer they deal, the more likely they are to get caught eventually. Pick up the book "Freakonomics", there is an interesting blurb in there about crack dealers. Also, read the lyrics from Notorious BIG's song called "The Ten Crack Commandments". Dealers get caught up for breaking those rules.

it happens all the time, but you usually don't heard about it because it's not news worthy unless it's a really big bust
