It's a form of exercise in which you will see a lot of results when you dance. It's fun b/c it's a routine and it's almost like having your own little dance recital and once you got the moves down pact, you'll feel great.

Country and Western dance is the most fun you can have with your boots on!! But, out of our Comp dance club of ten couples.. five of us had to have rotator cuff surgery because of all the fast, moves, spins and turns. (If you are good) and we were. Thus the screwed up arms.

for some they aquire a turnout
for some gracefulness

bunions on your feet blisters

it's good for emotional health, balance, rythm, coordination, love, makes you more limber on your feet. I would guess it would make you less accident prone. Also good for your heart.
