With time and practice, it makes the human body more
limber and flexible; therefore, enabling more fluid and
graceful movement at all times - not only while dancing.

It's a form of exercise in which you will see a lot of results when you dance. It's fun b/c it's a routine and it's almost like having your own little dance recital and once you got the moves down pact, you'll feel great.

Country and Western dance is the most fun you can have with your boots on!! But, out of our Comp dance club of ten couples.. five of us had to have rotator cuff surgery because of all the fast, moves, spins and turns. (If you are good) and we were. Thus the screwed up arms.

first it hurts if you put the right work and muscle in
next flexibility
next it hurts
next lots of pressure points
for some they aquire a turnout
for some gracefulness
poise
bunions on your feet blisters
strained back strengthens ankles

Increased heart rate...endorphins...joy/pleasure...muscles working, calories burning, sweat pouring...

it helps you gain muscle and balance. you are able to have fun without knowing it. TONS of rthymn(however you spell it). a great expererience in life!

it's good for emotional health, balance, rythm, coordination, love, makes you more limber on your feet. I would guess it would make you less accident prone. Also good for your heart.
