ow to lose bellyfat

Losing fat is not an easy task, but gaining fat is very easy. You need to keep a check on the diet and do workouts for your abs to lose tummy fat. You also need to do aerobic exercises like swimming, jogging etc. Here are some points to keep in mind to lose belly fat:· Consume less sugar, processed foods and sodium. · Eat fiber rich foods like green leafy vegetables.· The diet should contain protein, carbohydrates and little fat.· Drink plenty of water and fruit juices.· Eat in small quantities for five to six times a day. · Do at least 30-60 minutes cardiovascular exercises at least 4 times a week. · Do strength training and ab exercises at least 3 times a week.

Tummy fat is not good for the body as it increases the chances of many diseases like diabetes, heart attack etc. A whole body workout is required to lose weight from your tummy, spot reduction is a myth, you cannot lose fat by doing stomach crunches or ab workouts only. A complete workout, which includes cardiovascular exercises, helps improve metabolism and you will be able to lose tummy fat quickly. Try to lose weight naturally by doing hard work and controlling your diet.

They're fine for special occasions- most women wear them to shave a smidge off the waist so they can still fit into that gorgeous gown they bought ten years ago...

For actual, long term figure modification, they aren't a good idea. Even if you don't make it so tight that it interferes with your digestion, liver function, all sorts of unpleasant things, it still won't make excess fat just disappear. Too often, the fat will bulge out in a roll over the top of the corset/girdle. If there's not really excess fat, just trying to make a slender girl more hourglass-shaped, a light, elastic girdle is more effective, but still uncomfortable.

I don't know if you should be doing that when you're this young. You should just diet. And no,I'm not one of those know it all adults here on yahoo answers.I'm 12 yrs old and I'd rather diet and exercise to get my tummy tucked.I just got off a 3-month strict diet and I lost alot of weight and got taller. But is you have money, you could have one of your parents sign you up for those healthy but delicious food lines to send you some food.no exercise,no dieting, just eat these foods and your fat will go away.I don't know the name of that though.Good luck.

Listen to your mother she's right it will crush your organs!!!
Try doing some squats, push ups or crunches.Try doing 5 to 10 the first week then work your way up.I tried it you'll be sore at first, but it's worth it.

If you are young you could permanently damage your bones and put pressure on your internal organs causing major problems when you are older. There is no "easy fix" other than hard work and exercise.

Women broke free from these horrible things and you want 'em back? lol Go excersize and eat right instead of covering up your problem. It's the best long term solution.
