Yes, there is oxygen in the atmosphere of the sun. In fact, the sun and other stars are giant element factories. All of the elements on earth including those in our own bodies were originally made in the sun and other stars.

There is a little oxygen in the Sun, but not a whole lot. The Sun is roughly 3/4 hydrogen and 1/4 helium, with a smattering of other stuff including oxygen (maybe 2% of the Sun is something other than hydrogen and helium).
The oxygen and other stuff comes from stars that died *before* the Sun was formed. Like wise with all the elements that make up Earth aside from hydrogen and helium. We don't get any elements from the Sun.
But some day, in about 5 billion years, our Sun will die and its elements will be spread out in the galaxy, and some of those elements will form new stars - think of it as a sort of galactic recycling.

Yes
its about .8% by mass according to searchs for "solar composition"
the sun weights 2 e30 kg, .8% of that is
1.6 e 28 kg of oxygen in the sun
which is more than 2500 times the mass of earth
I would call that a lot of oxygen.

Very little. The Sun is mostly hydrogen fusing into helium. Once the sun starts running out of hydrogen in 5 billion years, and starts making heavier elements, it will go supernova.

Yes very little, because there is a high percentage of hydrogen atoms. These hydrogen atoms fuse together to form helium and it fuses with another hydrogen to form lithium and so on. When they fuse, the sun gives off energy.
Hydrogen+Hydrogen=Helium
Helium+Hydrogen=Lithium
...and so on...
