Okay so i have a 1997 Mercedes-Benz E420 and today i put my car in 3rd gear and floored it ... and it was fun and all.. and then after i hit 60 i stopped and pulled into my friends driveway and dropped him off and then i pulled back and my friend points at the floor where i was parked and liquid is dripping out.. i pull the car to the side and notice the front is dripping.. My temp on the car was really high *100 degrees*.. i looked under the car and water was dripping *it didnt smell like gas or oil* and so i look under the hood and there is water collected on the bottom like under my engine kinda... well anyway i leave it alone for a while.. and i go back to it and turn the heat on all the way and drive home *the temp went to 86 * *normally its at 82 or so*... and it stopped dripping while i was driving but when im parked it drips.. I cant tell if there is a hole under the car but i dont know what is wrong. What is wrong with my car? Did the radiator break? Please help me!

Normal condition. If using the air conditioner,(or defrost ) moisture will be removed from the air as it is cooled and this water condensation is supposed to drip to the ground. The more humidity, the more water.

It's probably just your coolant overflow. Water is pumped through out your engine while your moving when you stop so does the water giving it a chance if there's to much pressure to leak out. When you engine is COOL double check your radiators fluid level, and even your overflow tank. Fill it accordingly, 50/50 water/coolant is your best bet. Once filled let your car idle for some time and look under the hood. The overflow hose can either be connected by the cap of the radiator, or to the cap of the overflow tank. If your car overheats you now know it could either be a bad water pump or a cracked hose.

here's a crazy thought, take it to the mechanic before you damage the engine and have to pay thousands for a new one
