Somewhere Over the Rainbow, but not the Judy Garland song, it's featured on a bunch of movies and commercials now. It's by a polynesian singer Israel Kamakawiwo'ole I hope this is the song that you are looking for.

Well if its on the end of the movie just watch the credits of the movie and it tells every song in it with artist also search google.

i thought at the end of the movie they played "Wouldn't It Be Nice or Don't Worry Baby" (can't remember which one) by the Beach Boys...they are both really good songs... Not sure if it's the one you're looking for though
