My biggest fear is dying without fully living. I am acutely aware that my life could be over in a second. Consequently, I do my best to tell those I love that I do; do my best and most authentic work; and live honestly and with the intention of enjoying myself while I am here. I do not always live my life to the fullest each day (we all get caught up in the mundane sometimes); however, when I am aware, this fear helps me keep things in perspective (the positive and negative) and I feel fortunate for the happiness I have right now.

My biggest fears are Death and Flying. I don't think either one benefits me at all I think it holds me back from a lot of things and it also adds stress to my life but its not that easy to just get rid of your fears or no one would have fears at all

I believe that I'm developing a fear to high places that aren't protected by a fence or something of the sort that will ensure me not to fall down, sometimes I have nightmares (cause I wake up sweating and really agitated) that I'm going up to the very top of a building in an express elevator and when it reaches the top it goes down like a bullet and there's nothing it can be done to slower it down. I'm not holding to it, though, it's just a part of my psicology, but I will like to know how to overcome to that.

My biggest fear is wrecking my car and driving off one of the huge overpass bridges that are like 200 feet in the air---creeps me out just thinking about it. I benefit from this by driving very slowly over those bridges.

it does not benefit me to hold on to that fear. That fear may have kept me during a period, but now, if i keep on to it, it will destroy me.
