If your molly is in proper conditions with the temp being a nice 79-82 degrees, she should have her fry in 30 days. The fact that she still has not given birth can mean a few things:

1) Your water is too cold. Invest in a heater.
2) Check all chem levels. PH, Nitrites, Nitrates, ammonia. Make sure these are good.
3) She already gave birth and is on her second batch. A Molly can have up to 600 fry in 6 months with a new batch coming out every month. Perhaps she ate the first set/they got sucked in the filter?

Those are the only things I can think of.

mollies give birth every 3 to 5 weeks provided they have mated.
they store the sperm from one mating and can give birth 5 - 6 times afterwards without mating again - though less babies will be produced towards the later times.

Molly babies are bigger than those of guppies and swordtails, so they usually have smaller batches 15 - 45 young. Usually mollies wont eat the babies but other fish will or they can get sucked up in the filter.

it could be you are over feeding! cut back on the foods you give it and wait at least a day or two before you feed it (her) again! she should be ok also small frequent water changes should do the trick
