Can someone help me to solve this short problem...

You have been asked to write a brief "Code of Effective Customer Service" for the sale staff in your division of the company. Compile a 10-point checklist to provide to your sales staff to help them develop and practice effective customer service.

please help me...thank you...god bless you...I need it by tomorrow.

ok i have worked in customer service for like 3 years now. so i am just gonna write wat my companies told me.
R Recognize
E Endure
D Dilver

10 -10 rule- if any one is either 10 steps or 10 second away from you always smile
Always talk to the customer like ther are family
Try to call them by there name after you see it on credit card, debit card, check
Try to remember old faces
dont wait for them to ask you for help if some one looks lost ask them How may i help you
always say thank you after a transition and come back. ( a study showed that people like to be thanked )
