s this boy in my class that i like but my friend asked me to hook them up, so being that it is my friend and she comes before any boy i tried to do it, he told me that my friend is not attractive to him, but the more i tried to get them together the more i liked him, plus my friend also dosent have that much personality when it comes to guys and he dosent like that she smokes. He told me if she was more like me then she could have a chance and like sometimes he calls me over to him then ill ask him what he wants and he will say he just wanted me to be by him. i really want him but how do i do it without hurting my friend? and my mother works on the campus where i go to schoola and he told me he wants to meet her. and my bestfriend keeps saying she thinks he likes me just because he walks me to all my classes

well sit down with your friend and tell her EVERY thing that he likes you and he told you that and you wanna ask her beforee you let him know you like him.,maybe you where crushing befor her..... and if she says OK go for it...

Well, if the guy likes you and you like him back tell him the situation, from what you've said I think he already gets it. So have him say he not interested in her directly, then sometime later ask you out, this way it seems like it happened normally. Good luck.

Let him do the choosing, in front of you and her (in which case, the two of you and he, have to be standing together, at the time.
Of course, you could try to find another guy for her, then tell her.

Sweetie, he seems really nice. So u shuld go 4 him. and if yur friend gets mad at u , then dont be her friend. Besides, u shuldnt be friends with a smoker.
