Congratulations for not just putting your 19 month old in a playpen. That is not necessary. If you are using Windows 2000 or later, you just need to setup a password and lock your computer. If you are using Windows XP, see the link below

the answer is no . i went into the control panel and checked it and it only allows u to change the setting of the mouse and the keyboard too, but i suggest u to have a password set up when u log on the computer its works a whole lot better than spending a dough when something u can solve the problem easier and costless too . ( click on "Start" then click on "Control Panel" then click on "User Accounts" once u there You set up Ur account information and set up a password and also set up Ur IDLING when Ur away from the computer it would automatically set the computer on protection lock and when Ur back to Ur computer desk it would ask u to type Ur password to get back on Ur program u were on) GOOD LUCK! By the way its free of charge i ain't charging u a penny... SMILE :)

There may be. I can go into my computer settings in the control panel and lock my keyboard with a password. I can also turn off all attempts to access the internet and password protect it. Check it out from your start menu. You can also look up the website of the computer manufacturer (eg. Dell) and ask their tech staff from their website, you will need your model number.

Don't think so. But why don't you just plug them off the computer?
