I hope this doesn't offend but you might try diet and exercise. If you are fit, your confidence will increase. You may find that your breasts decrease as well. Many women will lose size significantly from their breasts as they lose weight.

Don't take the comments personally. All they are really doing is commenting on their own intelligence and maturity.

If they are not a major problem, why are you getting them reduced? Look into a breast lift, an internal bra if they give you a little trouble, without reducing them. You can get crowdfunding for this on say, craigslist, or Maxim.com. Though I will say, I used to work at a grocery store, one day somebody left a couple small round watermelons in the wrong bin,,,,, & that is how, even though I am male, I have the authority to say you ladies EARN the good parts of huge boobs, ie adoration & obedience.

See a cosmetic surgeon for a consultation and consider getting a breast reduction if you are really self conscious about your breast size. It will help to prevent back problems later on in life as well. Just make sure your surgeon is board-certified and has very very good credentials.

I know how you feel,I'm 12 and I wear a 34 D.People laugh at me alot.Maybe try to find a breast decreasing bra. That's what I'm trying to do.Queen Latifah got some surgery to make her breast smaller.I don't know what the name of the surgery is.When my mom was on her diet and exercised her upper body alot, she lost alot of weight on her boobs. My boobs are bigger than hers, way bigger.Good luck.

I am also very voluptuous. Please accept your breasts as they are and don't feel like they are a hinderance...just be happy. My husband is a "boob man" and he loves the fact that they are the way they are. Be proud, honey, you have womanly curves. Use them to your advantage. :)
