The hottest Halloween costumes always feature a garter belt and stockings. Go to www.stockingstore.com for some great ideas. I win a big cash prize every year with an nice fitting costume, army girl, waitress, maid, school girl, anything, but AI wear a garter belt and sheer black stockings with it. If you are tall you are a natural, but stay away from the fishnets, everybody wears them. wear really sheer nice black stockings and let the tops and your garter straps show under your skirt and you can't miss.

A couple of years ago my sister and I group of girlfriends went as construction workers. I don't know what they thought they'd be able to build in those outfits. But they did look hot. Work boots, (short!) denim skirt, fitted white tank (go with the thicker strap; not spaghetti), they also had hard hats that they spray painted hot pink, and went to the toy store and picked up tool belts with mini tools (real metal). I had just had a baby so I went as tired (joke). But they looked great! Have fun!
