Because not enough people care about football in LA. Remember the Rams? That's right. No one does.

Green Bay was a founding team in the NFL and has an incredible fan base. The team does not have a creepy owner, it is the city. The entire state of Wisconsin loves the Packers and the tradition is great. LA lost teams from owners who only cared abot money.

GO PACKERS!

Because Green Bay actually supports their team. Los Angeles had two at one time not so long ago, and they both skipped town. That says something about LA's interest in NFL football.

The Green Bay Packers are an original team and they play in their original city. Why because they do not have 1 egotistical owner. They have shareholders and a lot of them. You are allowed to only own 1 share. We the shareholders want our team to stay in Green Bay. Therefore that is where they stay. By the way you do not have to live in Green Bay to own a piece of the Packers you just have to love them. I live in Texas but grew up in Wisconsin. I have two favorite teams the Green Bay Packers and whoever is playing the Cowboys.

Because California has a few teams already and Wisconsin has none. It's not like the NFL has deemed LA unworthy of a football team, it's just that likely, no one in their right mind woudl start a football team and put in a state that already has more than they need.

The Packers are the only publicly owned team in the NFL (I am a shareholder) and can never be sold/moved to a different city.

I lived in L.A. when we had the Raiders and the Rams. The problem is everything in L.A. becomes affiliated with Gangs, and nobody wants to sport the wrong colors or attract the attention of gangs.
