Vics VapoRub. I tell EVERYONE this. It worked for my son within two days. TRY IT. We had tried all that other crap from creams to pills and this WORKED. His (and it was bad acne that had been there awhile even after dermatologists) started to clear in TWO DAYS.

The cure takes time and patience.
1. Good nutrition. Take a multivitamin every day to be certain.
2. Drink lots and lots of water.
3. Gently exfoliate your skin every morning with a good facial scrub containing salicylic acid and/or glycolic acid.
4. Don't pick at the bumps. It will irritate the skin around it as well and possibly cause more acne.
5. Find a good aesthetician and have facials regularly (guys as well as girls).

what i do is every night i wash my face and first i use the neutrogena scrub with the beads in it so it can clean off the top layer of my skin (which causes black heads)
Then i go back and use Clinique liquid face wash and it works really well. then i use toner (but you dont have to)
Then if i have an area with break outs, i put Hydrogen Peroxide on it (because it dries out pimples and acts as an antibacterial). then after that, i put Neosporin on it (it doesnt have to be the real enosporin, i use the target brand), because it's also an antibacterial!

I would recommend an acne cleanser followed by an acne toner. I use L'Oreal AcneResponse and I really like the way my skin is clearing up. My complexion looks clear and my pores look smaller. The last resolution would be going to a dermatologist.

Proactive is the best! I've been using it for about two months and I absolutely love it!They give you a free month try out thingy.But if you don't want to spend the money then try oatmeal.Just heat it up and let it cool for a couple of min.but don't wait to long or it will get hard and you won't be able to put it on your face.

use acne cleanser and wash your face daily and dont touch your face a lot and dont keep peeling your acne when it gets dry you know this should help or you could go to a germatologist i mean its normal to have acne(pimples) its just a stage everyone has it plus Proactive helps tons Clearsil Ultra or Neutrogena and other products like Clinique as this new acne cleanser and it like cleared all the pimples and zits and acne off my face works pretty well plus eat good healthy food to avoid your face breaking out too and my brother uses Proactive and he loves it and plus it worked really good

Sadley- sex isn't the answer! Your doctor can give you medicine that will cure your acne problems. They are a puberty problem most of the time.

I use Clearasol Acne Control. It only costs like 5 dollars at like Wal- Mart. It really works for me. I get them on my chin and this freezes them and next morning they werent red and not noticeable
