System Alerts:Malware threats/ Critical system error?

Question

I was downlaoding while an icon appears at the right bottom corner and it says 'Critcal system error'(flashing and changing from X to ?) and after few minutes another icon apperas next to the first saying 'System Alerts:Malware threats', on clicking it takes me to a web page http://www.virusburst.com/?aff=334 and http://malwarewipe.com/?rid=247
My internet explorer stop working and on clicking it goes to http://safeiepage.com/ and its not allowing me to go to any other site
I run the latest MaAfee. virus scan but it coulnd detect anything.

Anybody help me please

You have spyware. Install any of the ones below you dont have and run them .

Don't go to there sites, it is a parasite and it will only install more crap.....It has taken over all your scanners, I had it to got it at myspace and nothing will remove it ,Xoftspy is the only thing i know of that will get rid of it. Hit me @ yahoo and i will help you, Just got finished helping another person with this ans he said his PC is great again because of what i did for him. I am very serious, look at my best answers, i have been helping people with this bug for 2 weeks now

I worked on this problem allll day today - 6 hours. I tried everything - very technical fixes and was online with tech support...Here's my very strong suggestion.

Get in contact with Tr2thhrt. She has a very reputable fix that totally solved my problems. I gave pest trap every chance to get back into my computer (besides going to where i -know- it is on the web) and nothing happened. Tr2thhrt is incredibly patient and helpful.

I was just effected/infected by this malware it is called

-isamonitor.exe-

i have tried numerous types of virus scans this one got it within 2 min with a free trail. when my trial runs out i will prob buy this.
