2 teams: pass an apple from first person to last holding on by only your chin. If dropped, start over.
Scavenger hunt--give teams a list of odd items, like a green sock and a birthday candle. Give a time limit--whoever has more of the items when time's up wins.
Balloon stomp: each kid ties a balloon around their ankle. At "GO", they all try to break each other's balloon. Last balloon owner wins.

Turn your house into a haunted house. Make sure the rooms of the house are scary. Get aunts, uncles, neighbors, friends and cousins to become mummies and have scary things that jump out of the closet. some adults could have that spray string and they could squirt the kids. In the kitchen you could have bowls of spaghetti and jello on the counters. When the kids walk through the kitchen grab their hands and put it in the jello or spaghetti. Be very creative and spook up your house. I hope you scare all the kids. Also make sure it is 1 exit out of the house that is visible for them to see. One adult could take pictures of their faces as they walk out.

Teens that age... hate cheesy games and that kind of stuff... However they would enjoy something like Capture the Flag... food... and just BSing with each other... Thats what we do at parties... ( Coming from a 14 year old )

get a few empty crisp boxes, group them together in a line, cover in black strips of crepe paper, and inside put large bowls of picled onions, wash them first so they dont smell, and the kids can guess what they are, it's halloween make out their eyeballs!, you can use slobbery red jelly and say it's congealed blood, soften lasagne strips in boiling water and say its skin, etc the kids cant see what's inside the boxes its dark! make them guess, cold wet spaghetti can be arteries, have a look around the kitchen and make it up as you go along, teenagers love disgusting things, it'll be a great hit!! good luck xx

hang chocolate covered donuts from string and make them have a race with their hands behind their back who can eat it the quickest. or there is apple bobbing, can be fun as long as no one pushes the other in the water, also variation of this is squirty cream on a tray with treats inside - although this is really messy and lots of cream!! and finally you can fill boxes or bags with jelly and other odd feeling things and let them put their hands in and see what it is! i used to love those when i was that age! infact....can i come to your party?!?!? have fun!
