Typically, it's not a good idea to have more than one anti-virus program installed. Also, I've heard that Norton can cause problems with some computers all by itself. I've used AVG for 6 years now and have never had a problem! Good luck to you and God Bless!

I think that you do have a virus. I don't know a whole lot about computers, but I think you need to reformat your hard drive. You may also call Nortan Anti virus and see if they can help you. I also use Avast Antivirus and its totally free for the home version. I noticed that one of the other posts had recommended it and I would to.
