Unfortunatly, beating him up will only get yourself into trouble - And, if she is becoming or is a Meth adict, even if he leaves her alone, she will find it from somewhere else. Do you parent know this is going on? She will need to get help with the drug addiction before she see's things straight again. Personally, I would try finding out if he has any warrants for his arrest, or get him busted when you know he has drugs on him...atleast that would be a temporary fix. She has a bigger problem , and that is meth, only thing she is doing correctly is using condoms. You need to become best friends with her so that her life doesn't go down the tubes.
