I live in Singapore and I received it already. Some stores do not have it but I am sure Borders or Kinokuniya have it. Definitely. By the way.... Oh my Gosh... What a wonderful book.

The End cmae out October 13, so you should be able to get a copy on ebay or google or some other site that sells stuff.
