Definitely Not. You need eggs, ham,bacon, porridge, cakes, biscuits and coffee to go with the two pieces of bread.

2 slices of bread doesn't sound like it would stay with you until lunch, unless you added some peanut butter and a juice to drink.

its better to have the bread as toast with scrambled eggs or full english breakfast with loads of mushrooms.

That is about the same carbohydrates and calories as a small bowl of cereal with skim milk. Not too much at all. Good Luck ! :)

no! thats too little.. if your trying to loose weight, you need a big breakfast and light lunch and medium dinner. if you dont eat breakfast, your body thinks it's starving and you will not loose any weight at all

no...it's only like 200 kcals (depending on the size of the bread). plus, it's only carbs, and u will likely be hungry a short time later...

No, it's not enough for breakfast. Add some eggs on top of that for protein - you gotta have some protein for breakfast.

No its not enough. Try putting some jelly or peanut butter on it to help you stay fuller longer
