You should tell you parents that you think you sister is using meth!!!! Have a family intervention and talk to her. I would also have her sit down while you two go on the internet and go on faces of meth. I would be way more worried about the drug then her having sex. She is at least using protection. Drugs is a different story.

Wow. That is terrible. How old is he? How old are you? You need to talk with her... immediately. Show her pics on the internet of the way a Meth freak looks. Let her know that it WILL happen to her. If you think she has drugs on her and you really care then you might have to set her up and get her busted by the police.

Youre sister obviously needs help and shes headed in the wrong direction. Time for some tough love here, let your parents know of your suspicecions and/or notify your local police dept. about this guy and hopefully theyll take care of him before something happens. Now its really better your sister gets mad at you than her being dead because thats where shes headed if shes using meth. Just do it!

Sex is the least of your worries......I would address the drug problem first.......Its hard to stop and she needs help, and support......a drug rehab in a hospital would be best do when she does kick it wount be too painful.....good luck.
