Yes! Everyone likes to get compliments. If she's like whatever, then that's her problem. Don't let that scare you. You're sweet- we need alot more people like that. When someone tells me they admire me, it means alot, and I'm so flattered.

Well, be upfront and honest about it. Holding back never gets you anywhere, so it's best to just tell her how you feel. However, I doubt she'll find any interest in you, afterall you dated her sister and blood is thicker then water.
