My 8 year old has a stock broker, but I'm the custodian on the account and must manage it for him. You'll need someone 18 years of age.

18 to enter into any contractual agreement. Your parents can put you into a "custodial account" with a stock broker. Sharebuilder would be a good stock broker for you.
