The heels are too big on my new boots - how do I make them fit?

The rest of the boot fits great - towards the top half of the foot - but the heels are way too big - not just a little - any ideas? Thanks.

Exchange them. Over-sized shoes and boots cause horrible blisters. Go back and make sure the boots fit your feet well.

if the heels are to big ur not going to want to damage ur foot. i would take the boots back!
