I just started watching wrestling a year ago, and yes, i know its fake btw, anyways...

I thought wrestling was pretty cool, i could tell it takes alot of athletic ability to do what they do. But, i downloaded some matches from onl ya few years ago (such as HHH vs HBK from bad blood 2004) and wrestling used to be SOOO much better. The storylines now are repetitive, and the matches are all the same. Look at the tag team matches, one team (usually the heel) is winning most of the time, then the other team makes a tag and that guy kicks every1s butt and they win. Vince really needs to make wrestling bettter, or he is gona lose one viewer a week (and with WWE's ratings, i think this might put it off the air)

I think the fan of heels always winning started with Stone Cold, but then Stone Cold's popularity sky rockted. The same was with The Rock. The Rock was a heel, but again, he became extremely popular. Then Triple H got the belt as a heel, and kept it forever. Heels can work the crowd, it's always easier to be a heel. By giving a heel the belt, one of two things will happen. Either the heel will become extremely popular, or when the face finally wins, it will create a bigger reaction from the crowd (kind of like the reaction the crowd gave when Mick Foley finally won the belt after all of those years).

Well said! That's what happens when you have a monopoly, you can keep serving out the same old crap to everyone and get away with it. Thats why I strongly suggest you watch TNA on Spike TV which is so much better. Or you can watch WWE from the 90's and WCW or ECW (not the WWE's version but the original Paul Heyman's version from 1993-99).

I have one thing to say, I am sorry but either get used to it or stop watching because (unfortunately) pro wrestling is very predictable. If you want good matches watch these ones:
1. Bret Hart-vs.- Stone Cold (Wrestlemania 13)
2. Any Chris Benoit-vs.- Kurt Angle match because they are all good
3. Undertaker-vs.- Mankind (Hell in a Cell)
4. Bret Hart -vs.- Chris Benoit (Owen Hart tribute match)
5. Shawn Michaels -vs.- Razor Ramon (Ladder Match at Wrestlemania 10)
6. The Rock -vs.- Steve Austin (Wrestlemania 15, 17, and 21)
7. Bret Hart -vs.- Shawn Michaels (Iron Man Match)
8. The Hardy Boyz -vs.- The Dudley Boys -vs.- Edge and Christian (TLC match at Wrestlemania 2000)
9. Any Triple H -vs.- Steve Austin match
10. 1994, 2000, 2001, 2002, and 2004 Royal Rumble match.
etc.

first of all WWE is the highest rated show of each brands respective network, and both raw and smackdown are the flagship show of their networks. trust me, they aren't going anywhere, anytime soon.

second, if you like wrestling but can't stand WWE, watch TNA Thursay nights at 11 on Spike TV. afterall, TNA is Wrestling.
