This is a recognised sleep disorder: restless leg syndrome or periodic leg movement disorder. Have a look at the web links. I think it can be treated, so see your doctor.

You might have restless leg syndrome. You may need some type of pain medication such as (this is topical) Bio Freeze, Ben Gey or something of that nature.

It's part of Sleep Apnea. I have it and have had it most of my life. My Doctor prescribed Levodopa/Levocarb 1/2 pill nightly. It an anti-Parkinson pill but it helps with night tremors which is what you are describing. Ask your Doctor about it and suggest the medication if they mention leg tremors.

Restless Leg Syndrome or RLS see a neurologist he can help you get some relief or if u can get a prescription of Lunesta or xanax preferably Lunesta it has no after effect good luck

sounds like you have restless leg syndrome i would go to your doctor and he can prescribe something to help with this.

i had that problem myself then my wife divorced me - kept kicking her out of bed.-))
my doctor prescribed nitrazapam for a month for me. and so it has done the trick for now at least.
no harm in asking your doctor
