who? wesley snipes might be going to jail for tax evasion...so he probably vacationing in mexico for an indeterminate amount of time...lol...

He hasnt paid his taxes in 6 years and owes a hell of a lot of money. He is being indited by the IRS for tax avasion. He wont be back for a while, until the FBI expedites him back into the US.
