yes but it is very dangerous as a human uterus is not supposed to carry that many babies. Its a very high risk pregnancy and can cause severe problems in the babies due to premature births. You can not get pregnant with 7 babies naturally, it is only thought IVF....

very unusual but yes remeber there was a woman who had 6 babies u dont push them all out at the same time , you push them out one at a time
