Christine,

I'm a HEAVY sweater. My workout clothes (bras included) have that rank, sweaty smell in the hamper by the end of the week.

It's safe to put them in the washing machine with your regular detergent, fabric softener and oxyclean.

I use a solution of 1/2 vinegar, and 1/2 liquid dish detergent for all my stains...It's cheap, and very effective...Works wonders, too...Bleach is harsh on clothes, and makes the material break down faster...Just dip your stained area in it, and scrub stain to stain...

I wash them separate and use a lot of Downy. Not just in the rinse cycle but in the wash cycle too.

I wash mine with my towels in tide-touch of downy. It has a fresh scent and they feel much softer when washed with the towels
