Several people have said "poco" or "poquito". These are nouns that mean "a little" or "a very small amount" (a trap people run into all the time when using online translation software).

The generic adjective for little or small is pequeno (with a tilde on the "n"). Chico (which can also be a noun meaning "boy") basically means "cute" but implies something that is adorably small. This is probably the best translation of tiny. "Minisculo" (with an accent on the second "i") means "miniscule" and is a more formal word for tiny.

You can also imply tiny by adding the -ito" suffix to any of the words ... like "pequenito" or "chiquito". As with all Spanish adjectives, feminine forms will end in "a" and plurals will have "s".

Pequeno(a) with a squiggly line (~) over the 'n'.
Add ito(a) to the end of a word to say it's cute and little.
