The Visa credit card company is thinking of taking away the Visa priviledges from this company because of all the problems they have had with fraudulent charges. I would like my state (New Jersey) to go after this company and close them down and possibly file criminal charges. I do not know where to start or who to contact in my state.

You should have an Attorney General's office--I'd start there. Also contact the Better Business Bureau--You prolly have that there huh?

Your friend needs to report the whole thing to the Consumer regulator ppls, and also your friend can take this company to the small claim court. Alll he needs to do is to go to the local judicial office and file out a form.

if it is a regulated company, like a credit finnance company they must operate under a regulatory body in any state or any country. your friend needs to find the regulatory body and start the process off there, or go to the banking regulatory body ,if its not them ,they may tell you who to contact. Contact your State's Attorney. Also look online to see if there is a class action lawsuit against them. If there is, she could join it.
