It is good that you are best friends. That implies that you have a foundation to build on. Your guy may just be a little embarrassed that his girlfriend is so much younger. If you think you want a real, out in the open relatationship and that isn't where this is going then stop the intimacy, be best friends and give another fellow a chance.
TV makes sex look good. Yes. It also makes a lot of other situations look good. Sex is for someone whom you trust and respect. Someone who treats you like a friend through all the highs and lows. Being "in love" does not entitle another person to have sex with you. "In Love" doesn't last long when an issue develops that requires responsible decision making. Friendship is what allows for equality in a relationship.
As far as the doctor goes, if you don't want a male doctor, then request a female. If your group doesn't have a female ask Mom to find a group that does. She will understand this. I don't know why your doctor did an internal at your age. Discuss this with Mom, too. You can refuse medical procedures. So, if it happens again, and you don't want the internal you are completely within your rights to keep your clothes on and refuse the internal.

He just wants you for your body and the physical stuff (I.E. kissing in your case)
YOu should try to stay out of relationships like that.
I veiw it as guys just using u for the the physical and not any emotional things.

you guys are confusing.
do you even want a relationship with him?? if so, you have to tell him. if you're confortable enough to touch eachother in the privacy of a bedroom, you can certainly discuss your relationship.
you must ask him what's going on with you guys! you're wondering, and it is your right to know. otherwise, you're just each other's playmate. this could hurt you later when you decide to have a relationship with some one besides him- you wont know when enough is enough
