depends on what you consider "very high heels" 2 -3 -4 inches?
I wear 3 - 4 inch stilettos daily - very classy and professional. I wear them to work.
I receive compliments all the time and most women say "I wish I could wear heels like that"
if you take care of your feet - they will take care of you!

Funny how it is the guys who think that a woman is sexy in really high heels! Usually the women I see wobble as the walk! "Weebles Wobble But The Don't Fall Down"! A 2 inch heels is high enough!

That their feet are going to hurt quite a lot later on. Seriously though, high heels worn over extended periods of time can throw your body's alignment out of whack. High heels now = back pain, spine curvature, and problems with feet later.

It's all class; I love it. But if I see them walking on cobblestone, etc. with like 4in heels, I'm like "Wtf?"
