Is it better to have a job doing something that you are good at or doing something that you enjoy?? I am currently a cook at a restaurant giong to school for Fine Arts. I have always done well in the restaurant business,... but now I have to decide between that, which I have the skill for. (OR) something with art or design. Like Interior Design or something along those lines.
What should I do, something that I have the skill for or something that I have the passion for???

You will make more money with something you have a passion for.
Take me for example I used to work for a retailer and make Quite a lot of money, But i had a huge desire to own my own little internet business, so I worked and worked at my dream (started at http://www.wholesale2uk.com ) and then started selling on eBay and it all grew from their.
What you have a passion for!!

Follow your heart. If you are a person that knows that I am doing this job coz I want to achieve something else..then do what you are good at. If you are a persont to whom every moment at job needs to be enjoyed then do what your heart desires.
