Gypsy costume: long flowing skirt, if you have two layer them. Wear a hip scarf or get a piece of fabric to tie around your waste. Wear a peasant blouse or other flowing shirt. If you have a bodice or cute vest, wear that too. Wear a headscarf or cute head band, big hoop earrings, and lots of funky jewelry, like bangles and big rings.

it depends. last year my brother went as a zombie. all he needed was a white sheet which he cut in to million strips then put them around him
