i have had an order in place since 2003 but I started the process in the fall of 2002 for childsupport for my daughter. We did not receive any child support for all that time until the case was closed, how do I go about and get the childsupport for that time we were in court and in the process of getting that finalized.

You can't, they do not go back unless the Judge ruled it that way.
It would be rare to go back.

They don't, where I live (not AZ). Child support didn't start accruing until 5 months before my son's 4th birthday, when support was officially established in court. (His dad has been out of the picture since before he was born.)
