Can anyone tell me why the west hasn't condemned Israel?

for dropping thousands of cluster bombs supplied by Washington and Bush on Lebenon and possibly Palastine but rant and throw their dummies from the pram about Korea and Iran developing nuclear energy or bomb.

Stirred up something here! but the question is about the
USE of CLUSTER BOMBS
and
DEVELOPING A NUCLEAR ARSENAL why we let one be right and one be wrong
not the war between israel and lebanon which will never reach an end.
Question because I watch on the net a vid about kids

because bombs look like sweets and toys which to me is frigging disgusting whichever side of the frigging fence you want to stand on!

I do not know why Israeli agression and disinformation are not condemmned. Israel forced the Palestinians into the Gaza Strip, legalised torture against them, marginalised anyone who fought back as being terrorists, Invaded Lebanon in the 70's and never left until Hizbullah threw them out. Now they have put up an Apartheid wall, settled their territories with heavily armed religeous fundamentalists, confiscated their water, only to sell it back to them at horriffic prices. Any Palestinian who protests is arrested and tortured and their families houses are pulled down. I cannot blame them for being suicide bombers, it is the only military option open to them. What use are guns against tanks and an Apache Longbow? It is the Israelis who are cowards, not the Palestinians. This whole situation was created by Ariel Sharon visiting the Dome of the Rock on a friday to stir up the Palestinians in order to make his presidential opponent look weak and to manipulate his way into the Presidency.
As for Korea, that is a different matter. They are an isolationist totalitarian dictatorship who have very agressive intentions towards everyone else and must be constrained for the peace of the north western pacific.
And with Iran, nobody knows if they want to build a bomb or not, it is all conjecture. They have had the nuclear material to build one for decades and have not done so, why should they do so now? They have never attacked anyone else in their entire history, as I said, why should they do so now?

I think your question contains the answer. The Israelis buy the bombs from the West while Iran and North Korea don’t want to buy and try to produce their own. We do not condemn those who pay well :)
There’s also the fear that Iran and North Korea might try to have a slice of the cake or that their (not exactly democratic) governments might try to play with the keyboard of the nukes before they go away.

To be fair, it’s a bit more complicated. First – there’s a lot of condemnation going on. Second - who is the West – I hope you don’t think that that’s the administration of Bush and Blair? Third, the Israelis have the right to defend themselves. This defence should not be disproportionate though, you can’t drop bombs over kids who throw stones at you. The Israelis have enough means to deal with this situation – their own intelligence services, international help, using force that is proportionate etc.

What a shame, Israel finally fighting back after being attacked for the who knows whatth time. Most of America (the educated side, anyways) doesn't condemn a fellow democratic nation for defending themselves. Hezbollah attacked them, thinking that they were like the US, too held back by the liberal left to fight back (barring a terrorist attack that killed 3000 civilians)

And of course, There's always that little fact that the enemies leader doesn't believe in the Holocaust (but thinks it would be a good idea) and has publicly stated that he will stop at nothing to wipe Israel off the face of the Earth

Because their are an important input on the international political economy of the global world, where all the economies and everything is intertwined. Because American think they are exceptional and they have a divine duty, which makes them the protector of Israel the land of the chosen people....because if the EU bothers Israel the USA will respond to it as well...Iran is more significant then North Korea because of its oil, and the impact they have on the international political economy.

Why does the middle east live with Israel. The Israelis settle in a land that was mainly nomadic. Much of it was purchased from outside owners before 1948. The Palestinians chose to stay in refugee camps instead of move on & make something with their lives. They chose to teach bitterness rather than skills to create wealth for themselves.

I personally don't understand why I should cry for the innocent that allows people to hide amoungs them when others return fire! I'd want to thump on those that wanted to use me as a shield.

If I know that my neighbor had unlimited amounts of weapons I wouldn't wave a red flag in front of him. When kids are young adults expects it. I don't expect it from adults unless they have mental problems.

Israel and USA have the same thing in common.We dont attack until we are attacked first.How much land did Israel surrender to the palestinians only to get bombed?Keep rallying for the terrorists..,lets you see tell us how peaceful they are when they cut the head off of one of your family members.Does Israel or the US strap bombs to innocent children like the cowards do?Take your anti american garbage and live with the taliban and alqaeda,they are taking volunteers.

I support what Israel did. Hezbollah ran and hid among civilians and then claimed victory (obviously they didn't win). Irsrael took a lot of crap from Hezbollah and I'm glad they fought back.
