It probably won't cause much of a problem. You'll need to clean under it or it could get gross or infected (at worst). If it's tight it could pull penis towards it uncomfortably. It could break during rough sex (which could hurt, but then you'll never have to worry about it). It shouldn't have any effect on growth.

If you want it removed the procedure is really simple and really quick. And it shouldn't hurt much (if at all?) and the recovery time should be really short. Your general doctor is probably able to perform this procedure, and if not, consult a urologist.

Pity you, you only have one. You mean penis?

That bridge you talk about - everyone has it. After you grow up to be 18 or 20, watch some porno movies. You will notice when they show the close up the performer's penis, it has that bridge.

Every man has one.

i don't think it will cause a problem, however during an erection it may cause your penis to pull to one side and it is hard to clean in under. need to make sure no matter how hard it is, keep it clean under the bridge, can cause infection....surgical repaire is the only option to correct it..
