You could try going to "add and remove programs" under my computer. If that doesn't work, go into your "C"drive and find the folder that says IE7. Go into that and you should find where it says to uninstall.

Control panel, add/remove programs, add/remove windows components, untick the IE box.

set programs access and defaults, roll back to IE6
