They have the same outcome every time: North Korea promises to stop the tests in exchange of international assistance. The World gives them the money and their dictator, Kim Jong-IL, spends it all on weaponry instead of feeding his starving people. Then, in a few years time, North Korea will conduct another test and it will start all over again...

No. In fact, it will likely ensure more proliferation, and will probably result in the deaths of innocent children, just like the sanctions in Iraq did, according to UNICEF. Only this time they (N.K.) actually have a bomb, not some b.s. the CIA made up to suit our neocon leaders.
