Apparently Ronin hasn't heard of the Great Salt Lake. Sea water is 2-3% denser than fresh water (depending on the temperature). That should be enough for you to figure it out.

20 meters in a lake. Unless the lake happen to be 10,000 feet in the mountains.

The salt content is basically irrelevant.
