No the G6 replaced that car Pontiac is replacing a lot of its cars even the grand prix. I think its because they made the new Grand prix look very ugly. What ever replaces the GP I hope its rear wheel drive.

I believed they've stopped making them last year, I've never liked the Grand Am's due to poor reliability.
