I go with B (but I wasn't too good at science. It makes sense to me though)

b should be the answer because the others don't make any sense. Temperature has nothing to do with potential energy becasue potential energy is stored energy. Neither does electrictiy nor chemical change. Chemical change however does change the apperance and the chemical composition of an a atom or anything else. For example you burn paper then its chemical change becasue burned paper is not paper anymore it's ashes.
