My question for you is-- How can you be friends with someone like this??? For one, he does NOT listen to what you want, in fact, he does the opposite. 2 He apparently does NOT care about your feelings, especially since he is sleeping with people he sets you up with, girlfriends, etc.. Real friends dont do that. He insults you. He lies to you.
Friends dont do this kind of stuff to each other. He sounds immature. One day you might find a serious girlfriend. Would you want him around HER? If I were you, I would tell him straight up you no longer want to be friends, leave it at that, change your phone number and ignore all attempts at contact. It sounds like a very toxic and emotionally abusive friendship.

This person is not yoy friend, real friends feel great when you feel great, they feel bad when you feel bad, a real friend is always there for you, not to set up up and you feel or look bad.

Find a new friend, this goes way beyond a practical joke.
