I need a business that will make money for years to come until I get my degree, whats the prospects on these....

There is no business that makes money for eternity. Because Business environment is ever changing- what is true for today may not be true for next year. If one wants to make money for ever, one should develop an eye to recognize the changes that are taking place and be flexible to change one self accordingly.
However estate sector have most of the time remained an important sector. Hence I would give first preference to this sector. Second sector is Insurance- but it is quite competative and requires aggressive marketing approach. I would personally give this sector a second ranking. Third would naturally be Money Broker business.
If I were you I would first identify my strengths and weaknesses. Then i would match the same with the needs of the business I rpopose persuing. I would select the best match. If you need further help do let me know. May be I can suggest you a few resources that will help you do that.

I actually can do all three but most people specialize in one or two. Email me and I will send you information on my company that is involved in all three. It is open to anyone. Depending on where you live you will need at least a real estate license to be compensated in real estate transaction. You may or may not need a loan originator license.

When another big meteorite hits mars surface,lot of rocks are going up and few of them will reach mars escape velocity which is much less than that of earth. This will be in solar orbit and ultimately earth goes near by path. The mineral combination is perfectly comparable with marsand the trapped gases match the martian atmosphere

My best guess would be real estate because land generally doesn't depreciate. Real estate is also really big business in my area.

why do u want to work only till ur degree.. these professions are life long if u go into it.
generally people work in all three fields together.You can do it in Canada atleast.
