R-U serious. Tailgating was a gift from god to man so that he doesn't have to spend time in the house on sundays. It started when a man's kids were loud in the house and his wife bothered him all season during football season, so on super bowl sunday he left in the morning and took his portable tv to a camping site. he was watching the super bowl and men at the site were mad cause they were camping and didn't get to se the game so they brought food, beer and other stuff and they all watched the game. Tailgate Party was made.

Tailgating is awesome! The best things to eat and drink are Fried Chicken, Steaks, Bratwursts, and Hamburgers, with Macaroni Salad, corn on the cob, and coleslaw on the side. And then brownies for dessert! And definitely cold beer to drink, Corona with limes especially.

Grilled Bratwurst
These brats are simmered in beer making them extra juicy and filled with lots of flavor. Once grilled, drop in a bun,top with whatever you like, and you have a perfect snack for the game.
INGREDIENTS:
6 Bratwursts
1 12 ounce can of beer
1 medium onion, chopped
6 peppercorns
4 cloves
6 hard rolls
PREPARATION:
In a large pot combine all ingredients except the rolls. Simmer for 20 minutes. Preheat grill. Remove bratwursts from pot and place on grill for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Grill until brown.
If you sprinkle with water they will form a crispy skin. Serve on rolls with your favorite mustard.

I love Hillshire Farm bratwurst. Boil them in beer, then put them on the grill for just a few minutes. Nothing says football better than a brat!
