in normal microscope will see upto nucleus , mitosis ,meosis. but through electron microscope the spindle fibers, DNA ,which lead us to know more about the real matter of the cell(life)..in electron microscope. It changed the cell biology to know more about the fuctional aspects of nucleus and chromosomal arrangement and also number of chromosomes , hybridisation, crossing over..etc..it enhanced the researchers to take fast track...ok

With electron microscopes we were able to see so deep inside matter.
With them in biology we could see the cells structure, its nucleus and all the pieces that they form the smallest biological unit.

well there r two types scanning elctron microscopes SEM and transmission electron microscope TEM the SEM lets u see organisms surfaces and the TEM lets u see the inside better than a light microscope is this homework

instead of seeing em a lot bigger you see em a WHOLE LOT bigger.
