Based on my experience - young and stupid. They love recent college grads who are book smart because they have the ability to learn. They use them by not having to pay a higher salary and hope they learn enough to do the job. Then later when they smarten-up, they are let go or they leave on their own to the few companies that want to learn themselves.

At the time of the interview, they are looking for 95% experiences and skills. After you are hired, they are looking for 95% Personnal skills. This is the time you spend on networking and associate yourself the best that you can with your co-workers.

look looks looks!! if you are fat like a big old fat hipoo walking threw the door and have a lot of baggage forget it you might as well stay home--- the hooterr and,s limerr you are the more of a chance you will get and we demand damn god liking slim trimm fit people ready and knowing how too -- use it hons!! experience helps but the more sexier you are the better it is!!
