Money Brokers...Real estate agent/brokers....what field will make the most for years to come?

from a long term stand point I want to do something that will always have jobs waiting.....can you give me some ideas for quick certifications that can land me a good job.

any thing is real estate is a roller coaster ride. The market constantly has it's cycles. I think that real estate appraisal is the most constant because no matter what the market holds people will always be either purchasing or doing a refi.

i just started studing to take my license in real estate

and you can do either or

you can make a lot by doing a real estate agent
or doing broker job too

but you havet to know that you need your license as an agent for about two years in order to do the broker thing


so if your agent phase doesnt work, the broker might not work either.


but both of them can work if you know how to move

You can't go wrong with real estate. Work hard and progress, make and keep business contacts. You can develop your own agency and/or even get into building your own houses. Good Luck !!
